No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

These No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups are the perfect easy dessert for spring and summer. Made with layers of creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and buttery graham cracker crumbs, they come together quickly with no oven needed. Whether you’re making them for a family gathering, holiday party, or just a simple sweet treat at home, these cheesecake cups are light, refreshing, and always a crowd favorite.

Ingredients:
Cheesecake Filling - (you could also use the Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake Filling if you prefer)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Layer
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Optional Toppings
- Whipped cream
- Fresh strawberry slices
- Crushed graham crackers

Instructions:Make the strawberries
In a bowl, combine diced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir and let sit for about 10 minutes to become juicy.
Prepare the crust
Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
Make the cheesecake filling
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
Assemble the cups
Layer graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of small cups or jars.
Add cheesecake filling, then a spoonful of strawberries. Repeat layers if desired.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
Serve
Top with whipped cream, extra strawberries, or graham cracker crumbs.
Tips
For extra flavor, add strawberry jam between layers.
Mini mason jars work great for parties or Pinterest-style photos.
Best served cold within 2 days.
